Every item on Yoyani has been selected for its craftsmanship and quality. We hope your purchase brings complete satisfaction, but if something is not as expected, we offer a simple, considerate returns process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

    For wigs, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The lace must be fully intact and uncut.
    • The wig must not be styled, altered, washed, or worn.
    • All packaging, labels and accessories must be returned as received.

    Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact info@yoyani.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Repackage the item securely and ship it using a tracked courier service.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it to confirm availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@yoyani.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
